Terms of Service
Last updated May 15, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website and the Plan and Hang waitlist. Plan and Hang isn't publicly available yet — joining the waitlist simply means we'll let you know when it is. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
§ 01
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Plan and Hang ("Plan and Hang", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of this website and the Plan and Hang waitlist (together, the "Service"). By visiting this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
§ 02
What Plan and Hang is
Plan and Hang is a closed-group app for planning hangouts with the friends you already have. It is currently in development and not publicly available. This website describes what we are building and lets you join a waitlist for early access. Everything shown here — features, screenshots, and descriptions, including the "Sidekick" assistant — reflects our current plans and may change before launch.
§ 03
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means giving us your email address so we can contact you about Plan and Hang. A few things to know:
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not require a purchase.
- A spot on the waitlist is not a guarantee of access to Plan and Hang, early or otherwise, on any particular timeline or at all.
- By joining, you agree that we may email you about the launch and progress of Plan and Hang. You can opt out at any time.
- Plan and Hang may be offered on different terms, including paid plans, once it launches.
§ 04
Eligibility and your information
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the email address you provide is accurate and either yours or one you are authorized to use. Please do not sign up other people without their permission.
§ 05
Acceptable use
When using this Service, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information without permission.
- Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the site or flood the waitlist.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or breach the security of the site or its systems.
- Copy, scrape, or republish the site's content or design without our permission.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
§ 06
Intellectual property
The Service — including the Plan and Hang name, logo, text, graphics, design, and the "Sidekick" concept — is owned by Plan and Hang and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to view this site for the purpose of learning about and joining the waitlist. No other rights are granted.
§ 07
Service provided "as is"
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Because Plan and Hang is in development, the site may be incomplete, change without notice, or be unavailable at times. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any feature described will ship as described or at all.
§ 08
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plan and Hang and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
§ 09
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including the waitlist itself. We may also update these Terms; when we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
§ 10
Removal and termination
You can leave the waitlist at any time by contacting us. We may also remove you from the waitlist or restrict your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the waitlist. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.
§ 11
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
§ 12
